Service terms and cancellation

These terms describe the website and monthly service purchased from Jen Galloway MISM. Please review them before paying. Written changes agreed with you take priority for your project.

Price and payment schedule

• Website: $2,500 total. Pay a $1,250 deposit at signup and a $1,250 balance after you approve the website, before launch.
• Monthly service: $500. Signup also includes a $500 prepaid first month, making the initial payment $1,750.
• The prepaid month begins on the activation date we confirm with you in writing. The next $500 payment is due one calendar month later, then monthly. We confirm the renewal date and billing arrangement before activation. Signup does not start an immediate recurring subscription.

Prices are in U.S. dollars. Any applicable tax is disclosed before payment. ACH payments may remain pending while the bank processes them. We confirm successful payment before beginning paid work.

Website deliverables

Five main pages customized for your brand, mobile-friendly design, copy developed from your intake answers, an inquiry form, a calendar connection and two rounds of revisions before launch. You supply approved photos, logos, business information and any required brokerage disclosures.

We confirm the schedule after reviewing your materials and access. The planning target is about 10 business days after all required information and approvals arrive. Registration, customer revisions and third-party approvals can extend the schedule.

Monthly service

Hosting and maintenance, a shared inbox for one agent and one assistant under one brand, follow-up for appropriately opted-in inquiries, booking reminders, compatible missed-call text response, weekly system checks, a monthly activity summary and one minor website change of up to 20 minutes each month.

Monthly allowances are 1,000 SMS segments, 300 U.S. forwarded call minutes and 500 automated emails. A long text can use multiple segments. Additional usage requires your approval before it is charged. We may pause additional sending at the included limit while we agree on more usage.

Support is available on business days with an initial response target of two business days. This is not continuous human monitoring of your inbox. You handle prospect and client conversations.

Fit, access and approvals

You must have authority to approve the work for your business and provide any brokerage approvals. You approve final content, disclosures, routing and messaging before launch. You are responsible for rights to materials you provide and permission to contact your leads. Do not submit passwords, payment details or client lists through the setup wizard; we arrange appropriate access separately.

Texting and calling depend on compatible phone routing, required registration, carrier rules and contact consent. Email us before paying if you need MLS/IDX, a specific phone-number arrangement or a custom integration. If the agreed core service cannot be provided, we will explain the issue and refund undelivered work rather than require a different package.

Separate scope

MLS/IDX, paid advertising, ad spend, AI calling or chat, full CRM migration, custom integrations and additional pages or revision rounds are not included. Additional work needs a separate written quote and your approval. We do not guarantee leads, appointments, closings, income or uninterrupted third-party services.

Cancellation and refunds

Email [email protected] to cancel or request a refund. Before website work starts, the website deposit is refundable in full. Once work begins, the deposit covers two milestones: $500 for copy you approve and $750 for delivery of the first working website draft. We refund any uncompleted milestone amount. The final $1,250 is due only after your approval and before launch.

The prepaid $500 monthly fee is refundable if you cancel before activation or before the first renewal. That first-month assurance does not refund completed website work. Later monthly payments cover the paid service period and are not prorated, except where required by law or agreed in writing. Cancel before the next renewal to stop future monthly charges. Previously approved usage and completed work remain payable.

Your assets and leaving the service

You keep ownership of your domain and materials you supply. After full website payment, you own the original project copy and custom assets we created for you, subject to any third-party licenses. HighLevel templates, software and platform features remain subject to their providers' terms.

The website runs on HighLevel and hosting is included while monthly service is active. A portable website export is not promised. If you leave, contact us before the paid service period ends to plan data export or an eligible account transfer. We will confirm available options and any separately approved migration cost before proceeding. Hosting and managed automation end with your paid service period.
